With such benefits, curling up on the couch with your favourite read should be part of your self-care routine.We’ve rounded up our favourite books to inspire you because we generally believe it’s not only about having good hair but nurturing what is under that mane. So unplug from all tech devices and be consumed in one of these good reads that teach us a thing or two about life and business.
